Purchase Order Terms & Conditions

The following clauses apply to all Purchase Orders. By accepting Purchase Order from Blaylock Industries (BI), you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions:

  • All material must be furnished in accordance with the latest revision of drawings, process requirements and specifications unless otherwise noted;
  • All material is subject to inspection and approval at our plant;
  • Any required certifications of persons, processes or product as stated in the purchase order;
  • Our company must be notified as early as possible if product or process will not be delivered or not be delivered on time,
    • This order may be subject to cancellation if not delivered by the specified Due Date;
  • Acceptance of this order grants the right of access by Blaylock Industries, its customers and any applicable regulatory agencies to all facilities involved in the order and all applicable documented information at any level of the supply chain;
  • Promptly notify Blaylock Industries of any nonconforming processes, products or services and obtain any necessary approval for their dispositions;
  • Prevent the use of counterfeit parts;
  • Notify Blaylock Industries of changes to processes, products or services, including changes of their external providers or location of manufacturers, and obtain Blaylock Industries approval;
  • Retain documented information, including retention periods and disposition requirements if stated in the Purchase Order;
  • Ensuring that persons are aware of:
    • Their contribution to product or service conformity,
    • Their contribution to product safety,
    • The importance of ethical behavior.
  • In addition, all orders are subject to and will be evaluated for all of the following stated in the Purchase Order:
    • Design and development controls,
    • Special requirements, critical items, or key characteristics,
    • Test, Inspection and verification,
    • The use of statistical techniques for product acceptance and related instructions for acceptance by the organization,
    • Requirements for any applicable Quality Management Systems,
    • The use of customer-designated or approved external providers, including process sources
    • To provide test specimens for design approval, inspection/verification, investigation or auditing
